Nothing like freshly picked anything! The beauty of this plant/leaves....leaves one stunned....Amazing to look at and to smell.....and to taste. It's seeds, and probably, its' leaves are a good source of Omega 3's. Added to my homemade kefir, this makes a great addition to breakfast or any meal!
